Well ,this book teaches us the worth of getting early from bed and how this habit can bring changes in our attitude and life. This book further helps on how one can be successful if he follow positive habits.

What is Victory hour in The 5Am club?
It’s the the hour after getting from bed in morning. For example if we wake up at 5Am ,the time from waking up to 6Am is going to be known as Victory hour.
You must be amazed by its name why it’s know n as victory hour. It is because it’s the hour of self reflection and the time of getting experiences, skills.
Robin Sharma divides this hour into 3 parts each consists of 20 minutes.
First part
In first 20 minutes ,writer says we should exercise. Indeed, a healthy life can be spend if one perform exercise .When we do exercise ,our brain release dopamine ,a transmitter from neurons that leads to pleasure, motivation , happiness .This leads to start of day going to be amazing.
- Further by performing exercise, BDNF levels enhances that decreases stress so it’s quite good to do exercise.
Second part
These 20 minutes should be spend by doing self reflection, by doing prayer or any spiritual activity even medication.
No matter whichever religion you have you have to spend these 20 minutes in finding the one who created you. Its all about getting connected to nature.
Third part
Last 20 minutes should be spend by doing something productive.

When we sleep our Brain release chemical called Melatonin ,from pineal gland that maintains sleep cycle or called as elite cycle of sleep .

- Then i read this book and it bring some lil bit changes in my life, One which i observe is i reduced use of mobile or i mostly read books on mobile rather than watching irrelevant stuff.
